1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
Only what you give us: the contact details and property information you enter in our forms (name, email, phone, island, catastral reference, sale or rental details), and your language preference, which is stored only in your browser. We do not use tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookieless and aggregate.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
We use your enquiry data to respond to you and arrange the service you asked about, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Aggregate, non-identifying site statistics rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Who receives your data
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree Inc. (USA), certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Cookieless analytics are provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (EU). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to contact@canariacasa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
7. No profiling, no minors
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling. This site is not directed at anyone under 18.
8. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page, with the date above updated.
